Why Coswana exists
The idea came from repeatedly seeing critical decisions depend on manually connecting supplier emails, purchase orders, formulas, inventory, production schedules, customer requirements, and compliance documents.
The work was rarely difficult in isolation. It was difficult because the context was scattered, and the person holding the context was often the only one who could see the consequence coming. The goal is simple: give manufacturing teams the intelligence layer their existing systems never provided.
